Liquid Personnel is recruiting Experienced Occupational Therapists to join its client’s Adult Social Care Team in Oxfordshire. Our client is seeking two qualified and experienced Occupational Therapists to support county‑wide annual reviews and complex manual handling cases. This role offers hybrid working, with a requirement of one day per week in the office (based in Witney). There is also flexibility to work from Samuelson House (Banbury) or the Abbey Centre (Abingdon), depending on service needs. What will your responsibilities be? Complete annual reviews including bed leavers, bed raising, hoists and manual handling cases Conduct county‑wide community visits (driving licence essential) Provide clear, evidence‑based recommendations to support safe, independent living Deliver high‑quality assessments and timely reports Work with families, care providers and multi‑agency colleagues Mileage claimable from office base to visits Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist Strong experience in adult social care, equipment and manual handling Confident assessing complex needs and providing clear clinical reasoning Full UK driving licence ability to travel county‑wide Excellent communication, organisation and autonomy Why Liquid Personnel?
