A well-established law firm is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their Bromley office on a like-for-like basis. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in private client work, including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts. Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting simple and complex Wills, Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Declarations of Trust.
2. Managing probate administration, including preparing estate accounts and inheritance tax calculations.
3. Advising clients on capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and financial planning related to estates.
4. Liaising effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to manage cases efficiently.
5. Conducting complex legal research and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
