Supported Housing Officer (Rough Sleeper Beds)
The service will act as an immediate-access, short-term accommodation pathway for individuals who are rough sleeping or at imminent risk of rough sleeping, working in close partnership with East Suffolk Council (ESC) Housing Needs and Outreach teams (Rough Sleeper and Navigators). The role is designed to support early intervention, stabilisation and timely move-on, preventing repeat rough sleeping and ensuring rough sleeper beds remain accessible for those most in need.
Must have a full driving license and access to own transport.
