Your Role is Clear: Define and execute a comprehensive IT and digital strategy, uplift capability within the management team, mitigate risk by consolidating critical knowledge, and establish robust IT governance and resilience frameworks.

We need a commercially focused leader with proven resilience in complex, constrained environments. You must possess:
* Outcome-Focused Commercial Acumen: Proven success managing large, complex System Integrator (SI) projects and navigating difficult vendor relationships.
* Demonstrated Resilience: Evidence of delivering better outcomes when projects faced significant complications.
* Regulated Sector Experience: Essential experience in heavily regulated environments.
* Relevant Industry Context: Experience in high-volume, low-value transaction businesses.
