Amber Beverage UK is an ambitious brand builder and distributor for established and up-and-coming spirits brands. Our portfolio includes Amber Beverage Group’s owned brands, together with third-party distributed brands for a broad, exciting and multi-category range. ABUK has dedicated salespeople in each region of the UK, and functional experts covering the off-trade, national accounts and wholesalers. In 2023, ABUK merged with Indie Brands to combine the insurgent heritage and entrepreneurial spirit of Indie Brands with the scale, structure and systems support of ABUK.
ABUK is part of the Luxembourg-headquartered Amber Beverage Group, which produces, bottles, distributes and markets a range of drinks including Moskovskaya Vodka, Rooster Rojo and KAH Tequila to over 70 international markets.
About You
Are you organised, a keen strategist and a great communicator? Do you love creating plans, seeing them through and assessing how they performed in comparison to expectations, and delving into the reasons why that might have happened? A Brand Manager role at Amber Beverage UK could be the perfect place for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborating with the brand owner to draw up an annual brand plan for the UK market
* Liaising with the sales to team to collate commentary from identify performance drivers, feedback on tenders and details of new listings
* Sharing relevant category and market insight
* Supporting with PR and/or social media as required
* Working with the finance team to manage budgets and track spending
* Sharing monthly depletion reports with the brand owner
* Compiling and delivering a quarterly business reviews
* Creating activation reports and case studies on all branded events and activations
* Assisting the Marketing Director in compiling or creating any brand assets as required by the business
* Supporting the ABUK sales function when required throughout business development, tenders and account management
Experience
You will have experience of working with challenger brands in the FMCG world, although working in drinks with the supporting qualifications would be a real bonus. Marketing for third party brands will also help you understand how things work with us.
You will have extraordinarily high attention to detail, with excellent presentation skills. Commercial and numerical acumen will also help you successfully manage budgets.
