Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant

Randstad Education is looking for motivated and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join our network of partner schools in Crawley. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting classroom teaching and helping students thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.

Main Duties:
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Provide one-on-one and small group support for students who need additional help
* Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom culture
* Support behaviour management and promote a well-ordered learning space
* Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources
* Offer targeted support to children with special educational needs (SEN)
* Take part in school functions, parent meetings, and staff events as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
* Kind, patient, and empathetic approach to student support
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff and pupils
* Educational or childcare qualifications are advantageous but not essential
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child wellbeing
