* Position Overview This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of electrolysis, laser, and advanced skincare treatments. We are seeking a highly skilled Electrolysist with a strong understanding of clinical standards and Care Quality Commission (CQC) protocols. You'll report directly to the Clinic Owner/Manager and take ownership of your treatment column, driving service and retail sales while ensuring every client receives exceptional care.
* Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality treatments in line with clinic protocols- Maintain rigorous health and safety standards- Provide desk/reception cover and assist with admin tasks as needed- Run specialist clinics offering: - Electrolysis hair removal, including intimate areas) - Laser hair removal (training can be provided) -Advanced Electrolysis (training can be provided) pigmentation, rosacea, acne, and other skin conditions - Seborrheic keratosis, verrucas, folliculitis, milia - Skin tags, thread veins, spider naevi, cherry angiomas- Offer thorough consultations, pre- and post-treatment care, including home-care recommendations- Promote skincare products and treatment packages- Maintain accurate patient records including before and after pictures and ensure confidentiality and GDPR- Uphold all CQC regulations and clinic policies. Willing to engage in our social media pages & posts as part of our inclusive team and enter into the spirit of our Clinic with engagement on all levels.
Essentials: Excellent customer service and sales conversion skills- Professional, adaptable, and passionate about aesthetics- Strong understanding of clinical procedures including CQC standards (preferred)- Confident in obtaining medical histories and managing consent forms- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to lead by example- A team player who fosters a positive, inclusive environment
