Hayward Hawk are delighted to be recruiting for a growing client business that are seeking a driven and commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of month-end, supporting strategic decision-making and working closely with senior leadership. What Youll Do: Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Carry out budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational performance Produce insightful financial reports for senior management Assist with year-end processes, audits, and statutory reporting Improve financial controls and streamline internal processes Support cash flow management and balance sheet reconciliations Partner with non-finance teams to provide commercial insights Contribute to ongoing projects as the business continues to scale What Youll Need: Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience Previous experience in a management accounting or similar analytical finance role Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Confident communicator, able to partner with stakeholders across the business What Youll Get: Competitive salary & benefits Clear progression and development pathways Exposure to senior stakeholders and commercial decision-making Supportive team culture and ongoing training
