Criminal Solicitor – West Midlands
Job code 2000. 2+ years PQE. Salary at £50,000+ (DOE). This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload while working closely with a supportive team and building strong client relationships.
The Role
* Manage a full caseload of Police Station and Magistrates' Court matters.
* Participate in duty rosters for both Magistrates' Court and Police Stations.
* Support colleagues within the department and liaise with both existing and new clients.
* Undertake a variety of criminal litigation work on behalf of private and commercial clients.
Skills Required
* Qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in a fast‑paced criminal law environment.
* Practical knowledge of the criminal law transaction process from inception to completion.
* Higher rights to attend Crown Court hearings are desirable but not essential.
* Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
* Motivated team player with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
