This role involves implementing and managing security measures to protect against cyber threats, conducting regular security assessments, and responding to security incidents.
Responsibilities
* Act as escalation point for complex incidents and service requests
* Diagnose and resolve issues across endpoints, M365, networking, and business applications
* Build, configure, and support laptops and user devices
* Administer Active Directory and user access
* Support onboarding/offboarding and permissions management
* Contribute to security compliance (e.g. Cyber Essentials, vulnerability remediation)
* Support infrastructure operations
* Assist with large-scale IT projects (office moves, migrations, system deployments)
* Follow and support change control processesCreate and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
* Identify and implement service improvements and automation opportunities
* On-Call support participation
