Team Manager
*Access to wages from 3 days* Immediate Start* Holiday Pay*
£14.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay ( £13.00 p/h + £1.57 = £14.57 p/h holiday pay)

We have Team Manager opportunities involving high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets & DIY chains. You will work on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects, making quick decisions and leading merchandising teams to high standards.
The Role
1. Typically 4-5 shifts per week, Sunday to Thursday.
2. Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers.
3. Communicate progress and obtain project sign-off from management.
4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (mostly nights). Shifts are booked via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
6. Clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
7. Work at various retail sites, with travel varying per shift.
8. Perform tasks such as stock removal and replacement, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock using roll cages and pallet trucks.
9. Travel and accommodation are provided when necessary.
10. Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
11. Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or people management required.
12. Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
13. Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
14. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
15. Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, over 18 years old.
