Finance and Office Administrator Eaton Syalon are partnering exclusively with a Castle Donnington based business to recruit an experienced Finance and Office Administrator on a permanent basis. you'll be joining a close-knit team that values honesty, hard work, and a good sense of humour. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to help with Purchase Ledger and general transactional duties. However, the role will also require general administration and creating social medial content. Key responsibilities incudes: * Processing all supplier invoices and making sure nominal coding in Sage is correct * Digitally filing all supplier invoices once in Sage * Dealing with finance emails accordingly * Reconciliation & verification of Credit Card Statements * Administration work for Health & Safety Manager * Create Social Media content for engagement and publish * You may be required to undertake other roles periodically at the Finance Director’s requires Person Profile: * Previous experience in a finance and administration * Strong attention to detail * A passion for social media * A positive attitude and willingness to support in a small team * The ability to work independently and take initiative, but also collaborate closely with others * Enjoys working in a small team Please note, this role is based on site 5 days a week but flexibility with working hours is available with the position.
