About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping. Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is required, along with ideally some IT skills. You should communicate with residents and co-workers with kindness and consideration.
Your responsibilities include ensuring our residents live in a proactively inspected and well-maintained environment. You will carry out audits, keep records up to date, and perform tasks such as replacing taps, fitting extractor fans, repairing windows, or putting up wallpaper—all with kindness as a priority.
