We are looking to recruit to a vacancy within the team for Digital Systems Support and Training Officers (DiSSTOs).
Qualifications
* Training experience, including determining training needs and learning objectives.
* Development of materials, planning and delivering training courses.
* Experience of fault analysis and corrective action.
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision and use own initiative.
* Understanding of the rationale and requirements of system upgrade management.
* Experience of providing support services through a variety of methods.

Responsibilities
The Digital Systems Support & Training Officer will be responsible for supporting GMMH systems users with all aspects of system administration and user training/support. The role focuses on ensuring that systems users have appropriate support and guidance before, during and after they are given access to GMMH systems. This includes identifying training needs, determining learning objectives, developing training materials, and planning and delivering training to users. The role also involves certain system administration and maintenance duties in close liaison with IM&T colleagues, end users and staff within services.
