Role Overview In a Nutshell… We have a new opportunity for a Head of Maintenance to join our team within Vistry Works East Midlands, at our factory in Coalville. As our Head of Maintenance, you will oversee a team of six maintenance technicians working across two shifts and be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency across our production lines and equipment. The role involves managing preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of equipment including semi-automated wall panel lines, floor cassette benches, roof truss presses, and timber saws. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical ability, excellent people management skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities
* Oversee a team of six maintenance technicians across two shifts to maximise uptime and operational efficiency on production lines and equipment.
* Manage preventative and reactive maintenance across equipment including semi-automated wall panel lines, floor cassette benches, roof truss presses, and timber saws.
* Lead and develop the maintenance team with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
