Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver clear, engaging, and interactive NCY 5 lessons in line with the curriculum
2. Commendably manage classroom behavior to ensure a consistent, productive learning environment
3. Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning, and instructional duties
4. Evaluate and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback
5. Act as a positive role-model, inspiring and fostering a love for learning in students
Requirements and Qualifications
6. A valid and full QTS certification
7. Familiarity with teaching NCY 5 or similar age groups
8. Proven ability to organize, inspire, and manage a classroom effectively
9. Rigorous in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
10. Adept at collaborating with students, parents, and staff
11. Willing and able to adapt curriculum to cater to diverse learner needs
