Your Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Growth: Develop and implement regional sales plans to secure listings with key retailers, achieving growth targets.
* Market Expertise: Conduct market reviews to identify opportunities and develop entry strategies.
* Profit Management: Oversee P&L for key accounts, negotiate pricing and investments for profitability.
* Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors, managing all client interactions from lead generation to launch.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimize sales performance, adjusting strategies based on data.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience with UK retail giants like Tesco, John Lewis, Boots, Aldi, Lidl, ideally in direct-to-retail sales within health, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and creativity to develop mutually beneficial solutions.
* Passionate, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects.
Professional Experience:
Seeking team players from FMCG branded backgrounds, especially those with experience managing complex National or Key Accounts such as Tesco, Boots, Superdrug, Aldi, Lidl. International experience is a plus. Requirements include:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in driving brand success in the UK market.
* Experience working with major retail accounts in drugstore, grocery, or pharmacy channels.
* Proficiency in MS Office for creating presentations and reports.
