ROLE OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join a leading medical supplies company based in the Berkshire area. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of a broad and essential medical supplies portfolio that supports everyday healthcare delivery in the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy in alignment with global and regional direction, ensuring that the portfolio delivers strong and sustainable value across all channels.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Marketing Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Drive the development and implementation of the portfolio strategy in line with global and regional direction as well as local business priorities.
2. Oversee the full product life cycle, including commercialisation, registration requests, performance tracking, and discontinuation.
3. Build a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor insights to inform decision making.
4. Work collaboratively with marketing leadership and hub teams to shape marketing and strategic plans.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Marketing Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Extensive marketing or product management experience within MedTech / Med Devices.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with international exposure or operating within multi-country environments.
