Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed Operational Support Officer to provide a secure and safe environment for all staff and visitors on site. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with an average of 40 hours per week, typically Mon – Fri 08:00–16:00.

What you will need
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
* A valid SIA Front-Line License – essential
* A valid First-Aid qualification – essential
* A valid SIA CCTV License – desirable
* Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels
* Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
* Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What you are going to do
* Monitor absence and sickness for the contract
* Forward plan rosters up to 3 months, covering blowouts, pre-planned sickness, holiday, using Corps Track Tik Scheduling systems
* Produce monthly reporting for Corps/Centrica and CBRE
* Monitor and track physical and e-learning training
* Monitor/track FAW and book suitable courses, liaising with compliance/SIA courses
* Monitor/approve/decline and source cover for annual leave on site roster and CMS
* Attend monthly KPIs and quarterly supplier review meetings
* Track uniforms and ensure correct attire on duty
* Deal with monthly pay queries via the portal
* Assist recruitment: review CVs, attend interviews, vetting process, and arrange training shifts
* Manage FOH and Switchboard documents and duty instructions
* FOH – Monitor lockers, stationery, and audits; support Flexible First
* DSE assessments
* General admin and ad hoc tasks from Facilities
