Associate Director - Recruiting HR roles across Manchester and Lancashire
We are exclusively partnering with our client, who are a market-leading, award-winning business operating in the financial services industry, in their search for an Executive Assistant. In this role you will provide extensive support to the Managing Director, and occasionally other Directors.
This is a dynamic and varied role that requires discretion, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Proactive diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
* Organising travel, accommodation and itineraries
* Organising events
* Preparing and editing reports, presentations and other documentation
* Handling confidential documents and maintaining records
* Supporting the smooth running of daily business operations
* Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting with project coordination and follow-up tasks
* Assisting in meeting preparation, agendas, minutes and action tracking
As well as these duties my client is looking for a proactive individual that is able to partake in a trusted relationship with the Director anticipating needs and promptly offering solutions.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have previous PA/EA experience, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. It is also essential that this candidate is professional in their approach and able to work with highly confidential information.
