* Contribute to and apply a robust design system
* Lead on usability testing, wireframes, and interaction design
* Champion accessibility and inclusive design across services
What You Bring
* Strong experience in UX design within agile teams
* Confident with tools like Figma, Axure, etc.
* Solid grasp of accessibility (WCAG) and design systems
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and presenting design thinking
* Public sector or health/care sector experience a bonus
