What’s the Role?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be learning how to:
* Build relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
* Source, screen and interview candidates for IT roles
* Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
* Hit targets and earn uncapped commission along the way!
What We’re Looking For:
* Recent college or sixth form leaver (A-Levels, BTECs, or similar)
* Confident communicator with great people skills
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn
* Resilient and up for a challenge
* Interest in business, tech, or sales is a bonus (but not essential)
