Overview
Lead a team of back‑office functions for the Repairs Team—out‑of‑hours enquiries, work in progress, invoicing, officer enquiries, contractor management, chase‑ups and complex repair orders. Ensure that repairs jobs are monitored and coordinated and scheduled appropriately to maximise efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage scheduling to ensure full automation while overseeing manual override functions.
* Ensure correct information and contact management for internal/external customers and suppliers aligns with policies and procedures.
* Provide analysis of workflows and service demand, monitor performance data and potential risks, and act on solutions.
* Provide administrative support for the efficient running of the repairs service—including voids, disrepair, damp and mould, invoicing, and other areas.
* Support the Operations Manager Responsive Repairs and work in close liaison with the Repairs Front Office Team Leader.
* Take responsibility for reviewing processes and systems, and support and drive any new system or process changes.
* Support the Housing Service in carrying out customer surveys regarding repairs, complaints and other areas of housing as required.
