Role: Production Team Leader Location: Dartford Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 - Depending on Experience About the Role Proactive are currently in search of an experienced Production Team leader for a market leading electronics manufacturing company based in Dartford. As a Production Team Leader you will be required to lead and manage the team within the business to ensure that products are produced in the most efficient manner, at the right quality levels to ensure a high level of performance is maintained in the business. Key Duties & Responsibilities Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements Ensure full adherence to good housekeeping standards are always met. Ensure equipment is within calibration date and all systems are functioning correctly Ensure that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregated Ensure that quality concerns are reported to the appropriate personal and that proper process controls are followed in the event of a quality issue raised.
