I am working with a UK based financial services in Manchester, who are recruiting a Senior PMO Analyst / PMO Manager for their transformation team. The role will ensure governance and compliance with the change framework, as well as supporting on the delivery of projects against cost, risk, objectives etc…
The role is a hybrid position, based in Manchester, and you will be expected to be in the office 50% of the time.
What we are looking for:
* Solid experience working within complex programmes in both business and IT transformation
* Strong understanding of PMO principles and processes
* Broad knowledge of the financial services industry, including regulations and governance
* Excellent stakeholder manager and communication skills
* Have worked in both waterfall and agile methodologies
What you will be doing:
* Look after the overall change governance, making sure work is delivered in line with agreed standards, policies, and ways of working.
* Manage the transformation portfolio day to day, including planning, priorities, resourcing, budgets, and keeping delivery on track.
* Create clear reports on progress, risks, benefits, and finances to support decision-making at senior levels.
* Work closely with delivery teams and senior leaders to build strong PMO capability and promote open, transparent, and accountable ways of working.
