Role Overview
* Manage project documentation, ensuring accurate control, storage, and distribution of records.
* Maintain up-to-date document registers and ensure version control processes are followed.
* Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth document flow and timely approvals.
* Support site teams by providing and organising relevant technical documentation as required.
* Assist in developing and improving document control procedures to maintain compliance with company and client standards.
Key Requirements
* Construction Project Experience: Previous experience on a live construction project essential.
* Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Aconex, Fieldview, and SharePoint is required; experience with Project Plus advantageous.
* Location: Must be based in the Thames Valley with access to own transport and willingness to visit sites.
* Attention to Detail: Strong organisational and communication skills to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
