Location: Cardiff
Salary: £28,261 basic | OTE £33,000£34,000
The Role:
As a Parts Advisor, youll play a key role in supporting the workshop and customers by ensuring vehicle parts are sourced and supplied quickly and accurately, while maintaining excellent administrative and stock control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supplying parts to both workshop and retail customers
* Selling genuine parts and accessories
* Using electronic systems to identify and order parts
* Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
* Booking in and managing parts deliveries
* Handling data and documentation accurately
* Keeping up to date with product knowledge and internal processes
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role
* Strong IT skills and experience using systems
* Excellent organisation and xsngvjr attention to detail
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A team player who can build effective working relationships
* Experience within a main dealer environment (desirable)
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 7:30am 5:30pm
* 1 in 3 Saturdays
