Job Overview
As a Facilities Manager, you will have experience in Facilities Management project delivery, including an awareness of CDM regulations and proven success in an operational manufacturing environment. You will work within process-led, regulated organisations and industries.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage both hard & soft services within the establishment.
2. Manage a team of approximately 30 people plus sub-contractors, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
3. Provide a service that aligns with contractual KPIs and performance indicators.
4. Monitor and control supplier, sub-contractor, and labour costs to meet financial targets.
5. Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers, including sub-contractors, to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
6. Compile accurate management reports and submit them promptly to stakeholders.
7. Support site audits related to quality, health and safety, environmental, and financial standards.
What We're Looking For
1. Extensive experience as a Facilities Manager or equivalent role.
2. Strong customer engagement skills and a supportive approach.
3. Effective client management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. IOSH qualification; NEBOSH qualification is desirable.
5. Strong organisation and liaison skills.
6. Effective communication skills suitable for different audiences.
