Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager in the POS tribe who will craft exceptional front-end experiences, turning complex financial processes into elegant, intuitive products that customers love to use. You’ll shape how millions discover, apply for, and interact with Zopa's financial products, driving innovation across origination journeys, servicing channels, and customer touchpoints. You’ll work at the intersection of design, technology, and behavioural insight, championing the customer in every decision. You’ll lead the charge in bringing beautiful, functional ideas to life with full ownership and a high-quality team behind you.
A Day in the Life
* Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from discovery to launch.
* Translate data and customer feedback into actionable product decisions.
* Prioritise effectively against team OKRs, balancing quality, speed and impact.
* Partner with engineers, designers and analysts to test, iterate and learn.
* Track and communicate outcomes, sharing results and insights widely.
* Collaborate across tribes to align on dependencies and customer experience.
* Contribute to improving our product development processes and culture.
About You
* You're data-driven, curious and comfortable turning insight into action.
* You're a clear communicator who builds strong relationships across teams.
* You have a customer-first mindset and regularly use research to validate your ideas.
* You're confident leading cross-functional projects with moderate autonomy.
* You balance ambition with pragmatism - knowing when to ship and when to iterate.
* You're passionate about learning, growing and supporting those around you.
* Experience managing digital products or features in a customer-facing environment.
* A good understanding of agile delivery and how to run experiments and A/B tests.
* Familiarity with analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.) to measure success.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams across design, tech and data.
* An understanding of regulated or financial environments (bonus, not essential).
We're Expanding
From September 2025, Zopa will be opening a brand-new office in Manchester at WeWork, Dalton Place, 29 John Dalton Street, M2 6WF. This hybrid role requires you to come to our Manchester office 2-3 days a week. You'll also have the option of working from abroad for up to 120 days a year.
