Team Leader Role at B&Q

You’ll manage resources and lead by example when it comes to safety and customer service. You’ll also find and take opportunities to do things differently and make things better.

* A brilliant problem solver who can make decisions quickly and act on them.
* Positive, curious, and full of ideas to improve the customer and colleague experience.
* Willing to expand skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working.
* Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
