Technical Project Manager – Dynamic MSP Environment | Excellent Growth Prospects!
Technical Project Manager | IT MSP
London (Hybrid)
Up to £60,000 + Flexible Working
This is a role for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in the reality of MSP delivery – multiple clients, competing priorities, and technically complex projects that demand structure, pace, and clarity.
Working within a well-established London-based IT MSP, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of client-facing projects, coordinating engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery lands exactly where it should – on time, on budget, and without noise.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will sit at the centre of project execution, translating technical activity into clear outcomes for both clients and internal leadership. This is not a theory-heavy PM role – it is delivery-led, commercially aware, and grounded in how MSPs actually operate.
What you will be doing
1. Owning end-to-end delivery of concurrent IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology
2. Driving project planning, sequencing, risk control, and change management in live client environments
3. Coordinating engineering resources and third-party suppliers to keep delivery on track
4. Acting as the primary point of control between technical teams, account management, and clients
5. Ensuring clean handover into support with accurate documentation and governance
The Technical Project Manager will be comfortable running multiple workstreams at once, spotting delivery risks early, and keeping momentum even when priorities shift.
What we are looking for
6. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within an IT MSP or client consultancy environment
7. Confidence managing multiple client projects simultaneously without losing control or quality
8. Strong understanding of IT delivery – enough to challenge, clarify, and guide technical conversations
9. Excellent stakeholder management skills, from engineers through to senior client contacts
10. Calm, organised, and commercially aware under pressure
Formal project management certifications are welcome, but real MSP delivery experience matters more.
This is an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager who wants autonomy, visibility, and progression within a growing MSP environment, without bureaucracy or delivery-by-committee. You will be trusted to run projects properly and supported by teams who understand what good delivery looks like.
If you are a Technical Project Manager who enjoys fast-paced consultancy work and wants to make a tangible impact across multiple clients, this role will suit you perfectly.
