Assistant Project Manager - Birmingham (Central)
6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | £218-£273/day (Umbrella)
We are seeking a Project Assistant to support a busy infrastructure portfolio, delivering 40-50 minor works projects per year (valued £50k-£300k). The role is office-based in Birmingham three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide project support across setup, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
* Maintain accurate records, track progress, and support assurance processes.
* Assist with document control, SharePoint, and Citadel system reporting.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in project support/administration.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
* Commercial awareness and ability to work independently.
* SharePoint/Citadel knowledge desirable.
