Electrical Contracts Manager
Up to £68,000 (package) + 20 Days Holiday + Statutory

We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established electrical contractor who are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to take full responsibility for a single commercial project over the next 2 years (typical projects are within the Midlands).

Project value: approx. £1.5m
* Site-based role (must be willing to travel up to 1.5h hours)
* Typical sectors: commercial, education, healthcare
* Long-term position with a stable and respected contractor
Your Role Will Include:
* Overseeing all aspects of the electrical installation
* Liaising with the client, consultants, and site team
* Managing labour and materials procurement
* Preparing and submitting applications for payment
* Ensuring smooth, on-time delivery to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
* 7+ years of experience in commercial electrical projects
* SMSTS (required)
* First Aid at Work (preferred)
* Strong organisational and client-facing skills
* Able to commute to a site located 65 miles from Birmingham
