*Overview*
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced restaurant manager to run our new restaurant 'Posh Pitta' opening very soon on brighton seafront.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. The role requires a hand on approach to management whilst maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including staff management, kitchen oversight, and customer service.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
* Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food production processes.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
*Skills*
* Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Experience in kitchen operations, including cooking.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers alike.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
* A passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
