Essential Requirements:
* UK experience with public, private, or third-sector clients
* Degree in Water, Environmental, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
* Experience leading technical inputs and project delivery in network and CSO spill reduction modelling
* Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM software for network and catchment modelling
* Solid understanding of hydraulic analysis and design
* GIS skills for hydraulic schematisation and results analysis
* Ability to build and troubleshoot hydraulic models
* Experience calibrating models and assessing result sensibility
* Knowledge of data procurement for hydraulic models
* Experience preparing and presenting technical reports to industry standards
* Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Strong communication skills
Desirable Skills:
* Full UK driving licence
* Chartered or working towards chartered status
* Experience managing flood risk or water projects
* Skills in GIS Mapping, AutoCAD
* Experience mentoring junior team members
* Knowledge of flood risk legislation and planning policy
* Understanding of MEICA design legislations
