We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across North Devon.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract role on a portfolio of civil engineering schemes, working within an established delivery team on projects involving highways, drainage, infrastructure and environmental works.
The Role
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Leading site teams and subcontractors
* Planning and coordinating works programmes
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
* Liaising with clients, stakeholders and commercial teams
* Managing quality, HSEQ and project documentation
* Supporting project reporting and progress meetings
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts
* Experience delivering infrastructure, highways, drainage or environmental projects
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
* Strong communication and leadership skills
