Main duties of the job
This role is exclusively for female applicants, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, due to the nature of providing personal care to women. As a Home Care Assistant, you will make a real difference by offering care and companionship. No prior experience is required, as free training will be provided. Your daily responsibilities include assisting with routines, personal care, and creating a joyous environment for clients. A passion for care and the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months is required. Alternating weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

Additionally, a minimum of 12 months on the candidate’s right to work in the UK is required, as sponsorship is not offered.
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
Depending on experience, salary expectations will be discussed at interview stage.
