🎯 What you’ll be doing
* Owning and driving pipeline growth (your north star)
* Improving funnel performance from lead → deal
* Managing and scaling a content engine (SEO, AEO, distribution)
* Testing and launching new channels (paid, partnerships, referrals)
* Turning experiments into repeatable, scalable growth plays
* Partnering closely with Sales on pipeline, targeting & enablement
* Optimising the website for conversion (traffic → demo)
* Working in a lean team, owning execution end-to-end
✅ What they’re looking for
* 3–6 years in B2B SaaS demand gen / growth marketing
* Proven ability to drive pipeline (not just leads)
* Experience across multiple channels (content, paid, SEO, etc.)
* A self-starter who brings ideas and executes fast
* Commercial mindset with a strong focus on revenue impact
