About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
 * Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education
 * Work with individuals and small groups to boost learning outcomes
 * Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities
 * Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
 * Provide support for pupils with additional needs, where required
What We’re Looking For:
 * A relevant Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
 * Experience working in a primary school setting
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education
 * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
