Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday (no weekends here), a basic salary relative to your experience, and a generous bonus structure. Role responsibilities
As an Insurance Account Handler, you will:
* Support a designated client portfolio, act as the first point of contact, build strong relationships and assist with client queries.
* Provide excellent customer service and support, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.

Some experience of the Insurance Industry is essential. The rest is about you as a person:

* Be proactive, use your initiative and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Be willing to learn and be curious; opportunities to gain qualifications are available.
* Have the confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face; some experience in customer service is important.
* Work well with your team, maintain a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative, and adaptable to change.
* Demonstrate honesty and integrity, as this is essential within a financially regulated organisation and the right way to be.
