We are looking for a motivated and organised Bank Senior Administration Officer to join our team at Public Health Wales. This is a flexible bank role, currently requiring a commitment of 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week, with the possibility that hours may increase depending on service needs. At present, we expect this role to be required until December 2025.
You will mostly be working to the line manager but will also be part of a wider team, supporting colleagues on a range of projects and business needs.
To succeed, you will need excellent organisational skills, the ability to balance independent working with being part of a supportive team, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Main duties of the job
As a Bank Senior Administration Officer, you will:
* Provide comprehensive, confidential administrative and clerical support to the team.
* Liaise and communicate with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners in a professional and timely manner.
* Manage diaries, arrange and support meetings, including preparing agendas, papers and taking minutes.
* Organise and maintain office systems and information resources, ensuring data is secure and accessible.
* Provide support for projects, events and business processes, including monitoring progress and highlighting issues.

* NVQ Level 3 in relevant subject or equivalent level of skills and knowledge, together with a high level of numeracy and literacy.
