An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workday HCM Lead to join our growing Workday practice and play a key role in delivering transformational HR technology solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.
As our Workday practice continues to expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Workday professional who can lead complex HCM implementations, advise clients on best practices, and help organizations maximize the value of their Workday investment.

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end Workday HCM solution design and implementation across modules
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
* Present solution models, architecture, and recommendations to clients and leadership teams
* Support presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and client demos
* Ensure delivery quality, governance, and alignment with business objectives
* Able to lead, present, deliver impact analysis, and provide recommendations during Workday release cycles.
* Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Skills:
* Strong experience in Workday HCM (Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Performance, HCM Reporting, Security, EIBs, etc.)
* Proven consulting background with client-facing experience
* Experience in solution design, workshops, and stakeholder management
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Experience in preparing RFP/RFI responses and presales support
