Our client is an industry leading, independent firm of Estate and Letting Agents with great working hours, and they are looking for an experienced Lettings & Property Management person to join their fantastic firm in central Exeter with a basic salary in the region of £30,000 and on target earnings £35,000.

Key responsibilities will include:
Register new prospective tenants and book appointments
To conduct viewings of current and proposed properties including direct interaction with tenants and landlords
Conducting property rental valuations
Conducting administrative tasks involved in the running of the letting business, which briefly include tenant referencing, production of draft tenancy agreements, checking legally required documentation and related contractual paperwork
Take calls about and organise repairs and maintenance
Tenancy renewals
General property management
Using IT systems to ensure data is captured and used in a manner to ensure excellent recording and productivity with the office
The ideal candidate:
Well-presented and excellent communication and written skills
Minimum of 3years lettings and property management experience
Organised with a good attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of the current lettings and property management legislation
Honest and trustworthy
Dedicated to delivering first class customer service
Willingness to go the extra mile
Be a friendly and approachable team member
Monday to Friday 5.15pm finish and some Saturdays on rota. The Company can offer a fantastic career path and training for the right individual and pride themselves on staff retention and development.
