HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the delivery of multi-channel marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, and brand assets. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Brand & Communications Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering agreed KPIs and driving measurable impact across inbound marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role with clear responsibility for execution, optimisation, and performance, contributing directly to revenue growth, pipeline generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.
VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive inbound demand generation and pipeline growth through optimised campaigns across email, content, web, and webinars
* Plan, write, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns targeting both prospects and existing customers
* Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot, including workflows, landing pages, forms, tracking, and reporting
* Support product launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, including messaging, collateral, and enablement
* Create high-quality marketing content such as case studies, client stories, and supporting sales collateral
* Coordinate end-to-end delivery of webinars and events, including setup, live delivery support, and post-event follow-up
* Support brand consistency through asset production, rebranding updates, and collaboration with design resources
* Work cross-functionally to maintain marketing assets, improve processes, and strengthen conversion and revenue impact
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?
* Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to take ownership of deliverables end-to-end.
* Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
* A performance-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work towards shared marketing and revenue objectives alongside cross-functional teams.
* (Desirable) Experience working with brand guidelines or basic design workflows.
