Role Overview
Oscar Sales is hiring a SDR Team Lead for a fantastic company that provides a powerful Governance platform for fast growing companies. Their mission is to help IT and security teams drastically reduce the time spent managing access - while improving security and staying ahead of compliance demands.
The role
This is a rare opportunity to step into a player-coach role as the first Sales Development Team Lead. You'll be hands-on in generating pipeline, coaching SDRs, and co-building the outbound engine alongside senior leadership.

Responsibilities
* Outbound Execution
* Coaching and Mentorship of SDRs

* Build GTM systems (playbooks, sequences, tools)
Requirements
* 2+ years of SDR experience at a fast-paced SaaS company, with strong outbound results
* Experience mentoring or coaching SDRs
* Grit, determination and leadership qualities
