Customer Sales Advisor - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Our Preston-based client is seeking ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are expanding and have new roles within their sales and customer service team.

Coaching and mentorship in client and customer interaction are provided, so prior experience is not necessary. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be offered.
The role offers a flexible schedule, financial bonuses, and incentives to reward performance and achievement of targets.
Ideal candidates may have experience as Sales Representatives, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon Workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, or Administrators, especially those with high levels of customer service and a strong work ethic.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school, college, university) due to availability constraints. Candidates must be able to work 5 full days per week.
