Experienced Teaching Assistant – Specialist SEMH School Blandford Forum Term Time Only An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEMH school in Blandford Forum. The provision supports pupils aged 5–16 with EHCPs, SEMH needs and those accessing alternative provision pathways. We are looking for someone who can: Confidently support pupils with additional emotional and behavioural needs Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Provide consistency, structure and encouragement Support both academic and personal development This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about inclusive education and have previous experience within specialist settings.
