We combine deep market knowledge, authenticity, and strong relationships to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions. altitude-search.com What Youll Be Doing Supporting full recruitment / resourcing life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, stakeholder management and follow-ups for executive and senior hires Assisting in business development: identifying new clients, maintaining existing relationships, helping with client briefs & proposals Conducting candidate outreach (head-hunting), interviewing, assessing for both skills and cultural fit Coordinating with senior consultants on candidate shortlists, offer negotiation and closing Tracking metrics: time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, conversion rates, client satisfaction Market research & mapping: staying abreast of sector trends, competitor hiring, diversity of candidate sources What Were Looking For 6 months hands-on experience in recruitment / resourcing (internship, agency, in-house, or similar) Strong commercial / sales experience or affinity : ability to pitch, persuade, manage stakeholders, contribute to client growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with candidates & clients at all levels Self-motivated, organized, able to multitask; resilient under pressure and persistent in outreach efforts Interest in executive / senior hiring, and in at least one of Altitude Searchs verticals (Transport, Media, Financial Services etc) is a plus (but not essential) What Youll Get Structured training & mentorship by senior search consultants Exposure to high-impact executive / senior level searches around the globe Competitive base salary plus commission / performance bonus Hybrid working, modern London office, with travel and international exposure depending on assignments Clear progression path: from resourcing & grad consultant roles to senior consultant and lead roles If you have around six months recruitment / resourcing experience, a commercial mindset, and are ready to grow in a high-profile executive search environment, we want to hear from you.
