Facilitate Search have partnered with a Leading UK FM provider to seek an experienced and strategic Account Director to lead a high-profile Critical Contract. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of total FM services across multiple sites in Manchester.
You will drive operational excellence, compliance, client satisfaction, and commercial performance, working in partnership with the client and private stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across multiple sites, ensuring full compliance.
*
Act as the senior point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service excellence.
*
Deliver on contract KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
*
Manage P&L responsibility and drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
*
Lead and develop a high-performing site management team, promoting a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
*
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all areas of FM delivery.
*
Lead on contract renewals, extensions, and new business opportunities within the account.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior FM Manager within a critical enviroment.
*
Demonstrated commercial acumen and success managing large, complex budgets.
*
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including hard and soft FM services.
*
Relevant qualifications in FM, Engineering, or Business (IWFM, NEBOSH, or equivalent desirable).
