Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with
us entails:
* With the role, you will be part of everything HR
related, from driving recruitments activity, screening candidates and
delivering onboarding for new team members
* Build relationships with associates and managers
within the team and support as necessary
* Deliver training events
* Promote wellbeing and organise events within the
hotel
* Ensure associate files are kept up to date and all
documents are correct and accurate
* Positively promote careers within Hospitality
through partnerships with local college’s, universities, job centres and other organisations
* Maintain confidentiality of information,
protecting the privacy and security of co-workers
Safety and Company Policies:
* Follow
all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
* Report
maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the
manager.
* Complete
safety training and certifications.
* Ensure
uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
* Maintain
confidentiality of proprietary information.
